Today we are focusing on nourishing your soul with activities that make you happy and give you a break from your busy life. To be honest, the soul self care could quite possibly be more important than anything else. Even food.
Life isn’t always going to be sunshine and sometimes it can pour really hard and leave you feeling hopeless at the end of the day. Experiencing these challenging phases in life can really test your mettle. When you encounter those bumps in the road, how do you react? Are you able to deal effectively with these challenges without going to pieces? Could you use some help in finding your inner strength?

From the time I open my eyes in the morning until they close at night, I feel gratitude. Starting and ending my day with gratitude puts the perfect bookends on my day. I list the things that make me feel the most grateful before I get out of bed. Starting my day with gratitude begins my day on a positive note.
