Do you find it tough to keep an open mind sometimes? After all, there's a certain comfort we all feel being set in our ways. However, opening our mind to the possibilities of new opportunities, knowledge, adventure, and even relationships could bring us greater fulfilment and happiness to our life.
A panic attack can feel terrifying. I often feel like I am going to die when I have my panic attacks. Although my panic attacks are unpleasant, I know deep down that they are harmless.
Over the years I have learnt that panic attacks are something my mind and body creates and I have the power power to lessen and eliminate my attacks.
