here is something really important you need to remind yourself of confidence is not something that the lucky few are born with and the rest of us are left wishing for. Instead our confidence comes from the outcomes of the thoughts we think and the actions we take.
Are you getting what you want? What is the area in your life that you would like to change? In order to get what we want and be on of the “lucky people” we have to become the master of what we want.
What is your theme tune? Which song leaves you feeling energised, empowered and inspired? What song pumps you up, gets you going and makes you have a mini disco with yourself in your home or your car?
What's your favourite book that made you buzz inside, you could not put down, is falling apart because you took it everywhere with you? That book that fired you up, left you feeling empowered and lite the fire inside of you.
If you could jump back in time what would be the one thing you would change? May its an experience you have had, a destitution you made, a reaction to something, or may be something you have said or not said to somebody. What would be that one thing you would change?
If you ran the world what is the permanent change would you make? Why is the change you would like to make important to you?
What matters most to you in your life right now? Like what is your top priority? What part of your life needs to be shattered, pulled apart in order for you to be set free and be able to 100% focus on what matters most in your life right now, today?
How do you define yourself, like what is it that makes you, you? You see you cannot stand in your power unless you know who you are and own it. Your strengths and your weaknesses.
Here's the thing not all feelings are created from truth! Yep you just heard me right. You see many of our feeling are created and informed by our; fearful thoughts, fear, thoughts of being attacked (yep the primitive animal in us steps into action) or our inadequacy. Which means non of these thoughts are actually coming from a place of truth.
You see when we stop running around on auto pilot, when we stop chasing the more, we begin to notice that there is a world of wounder right under our feet. We find just a bit more contentment in the small things. We become aware of our deepest desires.
