Thinking about the fact we are not immortal and pondering the end of our life’s journey no doubt brings forth all kinds of feelings: fear, denial, sadness, and maybe even remorse. Regardless of the emotions we may feel, we can be sure of one thing: we all will eventually leave this life. No matter what we believe about what happens once we pass, the fact is we’ll no longer be physically present on this earth. Bare with me I am not getting all "morbid" on you but I think it's important that instead of just being on a conveyor belt of life we ask ourselves; How can I deepen my experience of life to get the most from it?
Every self-help guru on the planet will tell you that the way to experience happiness, prosperity, and health is through the doorway of positive thinking. And while that's easy to talk about when all is going great in your life, it may not be much comfort to you if things are crashing and burning all around you. But the self-help gurus are right about the power of positive thinking. You can begin to take control of your thoughts and guide them in the direction you want your life to go. Your thoughts are the driving force toward your destiny.
Do you find it tough to keep an open mind sometimes? After all, there's a certain comfort we all feel being set in our ways. However, opening our mind to the possibilities of new opportunities, knowledge, adventure, and even relationships could bring us greater fulfilment and happiness to our life.
Manifesting wealth and abundance begins from within. You have to appreciate what you have in your life already – your family, friends, and job – instead of focusing on what you wish you had. Often people waste precious time thinking about what they don’t have. They start to believe their lives will improve if only they had more money, or more friends, or more gadgets. They think about what’s lacking instead of the abundance that is already overflowing into their life.
Life isn’t always going to be sunshine and sometimes it can pour really hard and leave you feeling hopeless at the end of the day. Experiencing these challenging phases in life can really test your mettle. When you encounter those bumps in the road, how do you react?
