Can I Free Myself from Anxiety

Anxiety and worry can take over our life if we allow it to. Whether we like it or not, constant stress and worry can physically make us sick. The good news through my experience of dealing with my own anxiety I have found there are ways to help alleviate anxiety. The first step is to figure out exactly what you're stressing about. Is it something you can change? Is it something you have no control over? By determining the root of your anxiety, you can better understand how you can overcome it.

My wisdom develops more with every misstep I make

I look at every experience as a blessing. Every chance I get to participate in something is an opportunity to learn something new. Even when the outcome is unfavourable, I push myself to find the deeper meaning. I become wiser with every error I make. I take the time to learn how to approach a situation differently the next time around. When someone in authority criticises my performance, I accept it. I use criticism to help me grow and do better in the future. I try to never make the same error twice. I accept that I am a flawed individual, but I strive to correct my weaknesses.

What if Your Life was Over Tomorrow?

Thinking about the fact we are not immortal and pondering the end of our life’s journey no doubt brings forth all kinds of feelings: fear, denial, sadness, and maybe even remorse. Regardless of the emotions we may feel, we can be sure of one thing: we all will eventually leave this life. No matter what we believe about what happens once we pass, the fact is we’ll no longer be physically present on this earth. Bare with me I am not getting all "morbid" on you but I think it's important that instead of just being on a conveyor belt of life we ask ourselves;   How can I deepen my experience of life to get the most from it?

There is nothing more beautiful than a smiling face. Regardless of the circumstances I encounter, the joy that is within me is reflected through my actions. Happiness is an attitude, and it is up to me.
